You send us your documents, or even just a CV at first. Then the ball is in our court: we check your documents carefully and get back to you promptly.
If your documents impress us, we will invite you to an interview (in person or digitally). A representative of the HR department and one or two colleagues from the specialist department will take part in the interview. You will, of course, have the opportunity to ask all the questions that concern you during the application process.
This step is optional. When filling certain positions, we would like you to work on a short task digitally. Of course, we will also give you feedback on the completed task afterwards.
In the second interview, you will meet other essendi it employees. Often members of the management are also present. At this meeting, we go into the technical topics in more depth in a dialogue. In addition, we discuss all the general conditions of employment and determine the date by which we will inform you of our decision.
